Refund Policy

As a valued Premium Plan subscriber, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time during your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, all image upscaling credits granted will remain available for you to use until the end of your billing cycle.

Since we offer free upscaling credits on a daily basis, you are responsible for fully evaluating our upscaling service to ensure it meets your needs before committing to a subscription.

We offer a full refund if you decide to cancel your subscription and contact us within 1 hour of signing up, regardless of whether you chose monthly or annual billing. To request a refund, please reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please note that subsequent auto-renewal payments are non-refundable; refunds are only available at the beginning of the initial subscription period.
